The people those are not worthy to guide
1- unjust people
1- ان الله لا یهدی القوم الظالمین surah albagarah
258 . nor doth Allah give guidance to a people unjust.

2- rebellious people

surah almaedah والله لا یهدی القوم الفاسقین –

108. for Allah guideth not a rebellious people:

قل انی نهیت ان اعبد الذین تدعون من دون الله قل لا اتبع اهواء کم قد ضللت اذا وما انا من. surah alanamالمهتدین

56. Say: "I am forbidden to worship those - others than Allah - whom ye call upon." say: "I will not follow your wain desires: if I did, I would stray from the path, and be not of the company of those who receive Guidance."

The people those are worthy to guide

1- open breast

فمن یرد الله ان یهدیه یشرح صدره للا سلام ومن یرد ان یضله یجعل صدره ضیقا حرجا کانما یصعد فی السماء کذالک یجعل الله الرجس علی الذین لا یومنون –انعام 125

125. Those whom Allah (in His plan) willeth to guide,- He openeth their breast to Islam; those whom He willeth to leave straying,- He maketh their breast close and constricted, As if They had to climb up to the skies: Thus doth Allah (heap) the penalty on those who refuse to believe.

2- who strive

surah alankabout والذین جاهدوا فینا لنهدینهم سبلنا وان الله لمع المحسنین-

69. And those who strive In Our (cause),- we will certainly guide them to Our paths: for Verily Allah is
with those who do right.

3-believe in allah

ما اصاب من مصیبة الا باذن الله ومن یومن بالله یهد قلبه والله بکل شیء علیم –
surah altaghabon
11. No kind of calamity can occur, except by the leave of Allah. and if any one believes In Allah, ((Allah)) guides His heart (aright): for Allah knows all things.

Who received guide

1- patient men

ولنبلونکم بشی من الخوف والجوع ونقص من الاموال والانفس والثمرات .وبشرالصابرین الذین اذا اصابتهم مصیبة قالوا انا لله و انا الیه راجعون. اولئک صلوات من ربهم واولئک هم المهتدون. sorah albagarah
155. Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss In goods or lives or the Fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere,
156. Who say, when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah we belong, and to Him is Our return":-
157. They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and They are the ones that receive guidance.

2- Prayers - give regular charity- assurance of the Hereafter.
الذین یقیمون الصلاة ویوتون الزکات وهم بالاخرة هم یوقنون – اولئک علی هدی من ربهم واولئک همالمفلحون -Sirah logman
4. Those who establish regular prayer, and give regular charity, and have (in their hearts) the assurance of the Hereafter.
5. These are on (true) guidance from their Lord: and these are the ones who will prosper.
